Steam Games

Postby Banach » Sat Jul 13, 2013 10:04 am

So, heading into my 4th or 5th steam sale, I realize I've accumulated a few extra copies of games over the last couple of years due to various bundles, and also that they've been sitting in my account to no purpose for all that time. Thus if anyone wants any of the following games, just let me know.

Serious Sam 1 and 2 (also very old)

I'm interested in Bastion if it's still available.

Also you're the last person I'd expect to see "rouge" from...

I'd be interested in Orcs Must Die 2.

That said, I have an extra copy of Half-Life 1 kicking around that I could pass off if anyone wanted it.

Is FTL interesting? Is it really long? How replay able is it?
How much time investment is there in borderlands?

I like FTL, beyond that I think you need to define interesting from your perspective. It is definitely not a long roguelike (a complete session is 2ish hours?, and a lot less if you screw up). I find it fairly replayable, in that it's got enough randomness to make it good. Definitely start on easy (which isn't, but should be, the default difficulty).

Err, I'm not sure what you mean by time investment. It's a FPS with a crazy loot system, but it's not like your obligated to play it to max level. I'd guess a complete playthrough is 20ish hours, and max level is another 20, but I played it exclusively multiplayer and the estimates may be way off.

Thanks for the games Banach!

I will throw in on saying that all of the games on the list are fantastic games (Though I don't know about the Serious Sam ones), and if they aren't on your list, you should grab them while you have this chance.

Also, everyone should add me to their friends list (Steam ID: chrono2x)

I may also throw together a Wicked Claws group if there is interest.

Anybody else here on Steam and need into the group? I mainly ask because I need a 10th friend for the Steam Hardware Enthusiast badge/chance at getting a steambox early.

So, two sales over again, does anyone want any of the following:

Portal 2 (again)
Castle Crashers
Gone Home
Rogue Legacy
Saints Row IV
GunPoint
Dark Souls
Transistor

I'm not even sure how much traffic we're seeing here anymore, but I figured I'd check.

I am interested in playing Saints Row IV if no one else has claimed it. Thanks Banach!

In the continued spirit, I have a couple games in my inventory that are free to a good home:
- Mark of the Ninja
- Portal

I have a copy of Super Hexagon, free to a good home!

By the way, it is very challenging with a keyboard. Gamepad recommended.
